Grand Hyatt Washington is making strides to reduce our environmental impact through energy and water consumption and waste diversion across all areas of the hotel. As such, we are offering guests the option to opt-in to housekeeping and replace towels and linens on a request basis. All housekeeping requests must be 24 hours in advance for next-day service.

Located on 1B level. FedEx satellite business center conveniently offers an array of products and services to meet your personal and business needs. Please be advised that there is a handling and storage charge based on weight to receive, process, store, and deliver packages to and from the hotel. Self-Parking is available as well. The garage can be accessed on 10th Street NW between H and G streets. Rates are:

1-4 Hours: $19
4-10 Hours: $20
10-24 Hours: $45
Please note there are no in-and-out privileges in the self-parking garage, and self-parking cannot be charged to your guestroom.
METRO ACCESS
Access to Metro Center station through our lobby is open from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Saturday through Sunday.
